Please accept this as notice of the Burnham on Sea RFC Annual General Meeting due to be held on Monday 16th June 2025 at 19:00, venue BASC.
The positions currently filled and are being sought to be retained are:
Chairperson, Vice Chair, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Club Secretary (The Management Committee).
Positions that are filled – Constitution Rule 7.2 needs to be complied with. You will need to do the following:
1. Seek prior consent from the current position holder of your intention;
2. Obtain the nomination form from the Secretary;
3. Complete the form together with an additional two Club Members signatures; and
4. Return completed form to the Secretary by 17:00 Wednesday 11th June 2025.
Your nomination will then be displayed prior to the AGM where all nominations will be proposed, seconded and voted upon.
At the AGM the roles for other positions within the Club Committee (including the Mini and Junior elements) will be elected on the day via nomination, proposed, seconded and where necessary voted upon.
Any other roles as defined and determined by the Management Committee will be decided as per the Club Constitution.
