Burnham travelled to the south coast with a full 18 players,but unfortunately,met a side who were on their own a game.By and large Burnham put in a committed performance,only it wasn’t quite good enough.Looking ahead Burnham have a good crop of youngsters who will stand them in good stead for the future.
Sidmouth ran in 6 tries with Burnham replying with a well worked try for Scott Havercroft to finish,converted by Tim Piper,who also kicked a penalty goal.
Good effort Burnham,but I’m afraid no cigar.
